For international orders, States Stores is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
States Stores is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
