Refunds & Returns

At States Stores, owned and operated by JAYAS SYNERGY LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.


7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal care items, underwear, or hygiene-related products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
